2.4 Wallet and Blockchain Data

When you connect a cryptocurrency wallet or conduct on-chain transactions:

• Public wallet addresses (BNB Chain and/or BASE)

By nature of blockchain technology, any transactions you conduct on-chain (including $TNT transfers, staking, and prediction settlements on BNB Chain or BASE) are publicly visible and cannot be made private by us. Your public wallet address and transaction history on the blockchain are accessible to anyone.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication protocols, regular security assessments, and access controls limiting employee access to personal data.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet private keys and account credentials.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business purposes.

Upon account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Note that on-chain blockchain data cannot be deleted or modified (see Section 8).

8. Blockchain Data Disclaimer

Please be aware that blockchain technology is fundamentally different from traditional databases. Once a transaction is recorded on a public blockchain (BNB Chain, BASE, or any other network), it is immutable and cannot be altered, deleted, or hidden by any party, including Taunt Network.

This means:

• Your public wallet address and all associated on-chain transactions are permanently visible to anyone.
• We cannot fulfill deletion requests for data that exists solely on the blockchain.
• Even if you delete your Taunt Live account, your on-chain transaction history will remain publicly accessible.
• Linking your wallet address to your identity (through your account or otherwise) may make your on-chain activity attributable to you.
• Smart contract interactions, including $TNT staking and prediction settlements, are permanently recorded.

We strongly recommend that users understand the public nature of blockchain transactions before engaging with any on-chain features of the Platform.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. International Data Transfers

Taunt Network operates globally, and your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the Seychelles, the United States, and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
